About Magic Blooming
Magic Blooming is a Ukrainian family-run Edmonton flower shop in Kingsway Mall. We opened a year ago in Bonnie Doon Mall and moved to Kingsway on the first of July, and many of our regulars followed us across the city. Behind the counter you will usually find Olena, who builds every bouquet by hand, and when the shop is busy the rest of the family steps in.
Flowers Made by Hand, Not by Formula
Olena works with whatever arrives freshest each week: premium roses, lilies, orchids, hydrangea, chrysanthemums and seasonal varieties that change through the year. When you order a bouquet, someone chooses the individual stems, balances the colours and wraps it that day. That is why two bouquets of the same design are never identical down to the petal, and why they look like the photo when they arrive.
Handmade in the Shop, Not Imported
A large part of what we sell is made by hand, right here. Knitted and embroidered bags, artificial flower arrangements that never wilt, hand-poured candles, soap, bracelets, traditional Ukrainian vinok flower crowns and Easter baskets decorated piece by piece each spring. If you have something specific in mind, a colour, a theme or a keepsake for a particular person, Olena can make it to order.
More Than an Edmonton Flower Shop
Alongside fresh flowers we keep a curated collection of gifts: handmade candles, plush toys, chocolate bouquets and greeting cards, so a whole gift can come together in one place instead of three stores. We also arrange flowers for events, including weddings, christenings and birthdays, and can set up a monthly flower subscription for a home, an office or a restaurant table.

You will find us at Unit 115, Kingsway Mall, Edmonton. We keep mall hours, which means we are open nearly every day of the year. Come in to pick your own stems and talk an idea through with a florist, or order online and collect in store. Why Customers Come Back
People return to our Edmonton flower shop for simple reasons: the bouquet looks like the photo, it arrives when promised, and it holds up over the following days. A fifty-dollar order gets the same care as a wedding contract, and we would rather tell you a flower is not at its best this week than sell it to you anyway.
