Every order on our site is paid for through a secure, encrypted checkout. Here is exactly what that means.

Cards we accept

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, as well as Diners Club, JCB and UnionPay. Payments are handled by WooPayments, the payment platform built into WooCommerce.

Apple Pay and Google Pay

If you shop from an iPhone, iPad or Mac with Apple Pay set up, or from a device signed in to Google Pay, you can pay in one tap without typing card details at all. The wallet button appears on the product page, in the cart and at checkout.

How your card details are protected

The whole site runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection – you can see the padlock in your browser address bar. Your card number is entered into a payment form hosted by our payment processor and is never stored on our website. We only ever see the last four digits, the card brand and the expiry date, which is what appears on the order.

Saving a card for next time

If you have a customer account, you can choose to save a card at checkout so your next order takes a few seconds. The card itself is stored by the payment processor, not by us, and you can remove it at any time from My Account.

Currency and when you are charged

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars. Your card is charged once, at the moment you place the order.

Refunds

Refunds are returned to the card used for the order. Depending on your bank it usually takes a few business days for the money to appear on your statement. What is eligible for a refund or a replacement is described in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
